In 2006, with a BSc in Sports Science from Brunel University, I embarked on a career in sport coaching and fitness training. Working for a time as a coach and trainer, I switched to Education in 2009 with one of the UK’s largest training companies.

Stumbling across the Three Principles in 2010, in 3 months I went from being one of the bottom 5 performers in the company to one of the top 10. Since then, I have gone on to use the Three Principles as the basis for my work, mentoring and guiding others towards their Innate Health to improve productivity and engagement.
